Delicious Hummus Toast

A 100% vegan dish, super healthy and very satiating.

Ingredients (for 5 people):

1 jar of 400g of grain;

Juice of 1 lime;

1 clove of garlic;

A pinch of cumin;

A pinch of chopped coriander.

Preparation method:

Remove the grain from the jar, drain and rinse with water;

Place the grain in a food processor, add the lime juice, cumin, garlic clove and chop everything until you get a paste;

Serve on a slice of toasted bread with red cabbage, chopped coriander and carrot sticks.
