1. Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water to open the cuticles and enhance nutrient absorption.
2. Dispense a small amount of shampoo into your hands and lather gently.
3. Massage your scalp using your fingertips in circular motions to boost circulation and help the active ingredients penetrate deeply.
4. Distribute the lather evenly along the entire length of your hair and rinse thoroughly with running water until all product residue is removed.
5. Repeat the process for a deeper cleanse.
6. Finish the treatment with the Hair Strengthening Hair and the Hair Growth Serum from the Hair Up line.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Do not apply on irritated or damaged skin. Do not ingest. Store at room temperature (18-20ºC), away from light, in a cool, dry place.
