Warehouse Pickup – Free (same day for orders placed until 3:00 PM)

Batch Same-Day Delivery – Home delivery between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM for orders paid until 1:30 PM – Available in Lisbon, Cascais, and Oeiras, Monday to Friday – Free for orders over €65


Other Districts

Batch Home – Home delivery (1 to 2 business days) – Free for orders over €65
Delnext Home – Home delivery (1 to 2 business days) – Free for orders over €65
DPD Pickup – Delivery to DPD Pickup Points (1 to 3 business days)

Peak Season Notice

Between the second half of November and Christmas, due to the significant increase in shipping volumes, delivery delays may occur.

We appreciate your understanding during this busy period and recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.


Pickup & Tracking Instructions

Mainland Portugal

Lisbon District

Warehouse Pickup

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection at the warehouse address.

To collect your order, you must present the confirmation email along with a valid ID (Citizen Card, Passport, or ID Card).

Pickup must be carried out by the order holder.
If not possible, another person may collect it, provided they present the confirmation email and the ID of the order holder.

This service is free.


Batch Same-Day Delivery

You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message confirming shipment, including tracking details.

On the delivery day, you will also receive a notification with the expected delivery time window.

If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to origin.


Batch Home

You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

On the delivery day, you will receive a notification with the estimated delivery window.

If delivery fails on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

In Lisbon, Amadora, Odivelas, Cascais, and Oeiras, deliveries are handled by Batch. In other areas of the Lisbon district, delivery will be handled by CTT.


Other Districts

Batch Home

You will receive an email with your tracking code.

Delivery is carried out by CTT with two attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be sent to the nearest CTT post office and held for 5 business days.

If not collected within this period, it will be returned to origin.


Delnext Home

You will receive an SMS with the delivery estimate.

A first delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, you may reschedule.
A second attempt will then be made. If unsuccessful again, the order will be returned.


DPD Pickup

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Pickup Point: you will receive an SMS when it arrives (10 business days to collect)
Locker: available for 72 hours

If the selected pickup point is unavailable, the parcel may be redirected.


Delnext Points

You will receive:

  • 1st SMS when shipped
  • 2nd SMS when available for pickup
  • 3rd SMS on the 5th day as a reminder

If not collected by the 8th day, it will be returned.


Portugal Islands

Batch Home Islands

Shipping is by sea. You will receive tracking details via email.

Delivery is made by CTT with two attempts. If unsuccessful, the order is sent to a post office for 5 days.


Delnext Islands

Air delivery. You will receive an SMS with delivery estimate.

Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, it will be returned.


Spain

Delnext Home

SMS with delivery estimate. Two delivery attempts.


Delnext Points

Same process as Portugal pickup points (SMS notifications + deadlines).


Spanish Islands & Ceuta and Melilla

DPD Home

You will receive SMS and email updates.

If delivery fails, the parcel will be sent to a Pickup Point for 6 days.


Europe & Worldwide

FedEx

You will receive tracking details by email.

Up to 3 delivery attempts are made.


Delnext Europe

You will receive an SMS.

If delivery fails, the parcel will be available for pickup for 1 week.


Delnext Worldwide

Delivery is handled by local postal partners. Two attempts are made.


Additional Information on Shipping & Returns

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.


Unclaimed & Returned Orders

If an order is not collected and returns to our warehouse, the customer will be notified.

Options:

Reshipment (home or pickup point):
Customer must pay shipping costs via Mbway or bank transfer and send proof of payment.

Warehouse Pickup (Lisbon area):
Free collection at:

Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:00 | Friday 9:00–15:00


Reshipment Deadline

The customer must respond within 60 days of notification.

After this period, if no response or payment is received, the products may be processed internally without refund or compensation.
