Vegan Dark Chocolate Mousse

Today, we show you a recipe for vegan dark chocolate mousse , made with just two ingredients. It is important to choose a good quality dark chocolate and respect the proportions, as well as the cooling time. Serve with raspberries and hemp seeds. You can change the toppings, choosing, for example, options such as praline , grated coconut or toasted almonds.

Ingredients (for 2 people):

2 cups/ 500ml from the top of the can of coconut milk;

1 cup of good quality chopped dark chocolate.

Preparation method:

In a pan, place the coconut milk cream over medium heat;

Just before boiling, turn off the heat;

Pour the coconut milk into the chopped dark chocolate and place in two bowls;

Let it rest in the fridge for 2 days.
