Choosing a quality fabric for your pajamas is essential. It should be breathable and soft, so your body can regenerate properly while you sleep. This is the first step to waking up healthy and relaxed every morning.

However, it's not just the type of fabric we choose that we should focus our attention on. It's equally important to wear looser clothing while sleeping, without allowing it to be too tight or allowing elements like buttons or labels to cause any discomfort during the night. Make sure that no elastic is too tight to avoid hindering your blood circulation.

Finally, remember not to neglect the comfort of your feet. This part of the body is often forgotten when it's time to sleep. Some research shows that cold feet are associated with insomnia. So, when you go to bed, put on some socks (not too warm, as overheating the lower extremities can cause the entire body to overheat).
