Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream

Summer is summer, ask for ice cream. Even if this month has mild bipolar attacks when it comes to time.

Ingredients:

500g frozen strawberries;

2 natural yogurts (125g each);

5 tablespoons of cold water (or more depending on the desired consistency);

1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or brown sugar).

Preparation method:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy.

Note: Because it uses cream and is not created in an ice cream maker, it is normal for the ice cream to be less thick, still being creamy. However, it should be served immediately after cooking.
