Fresh Orange Chia

Fresh chia is a South American drink that, in addition to hydrating, helps nourish our body, helping us recover energy losses.

Ingredients:

1.5 of water;

1 orange;

1 handful of mint;

1 tablespoon of chia.

Preparation method:

Wash the mint and orange well. Cut the orange in half and squeeze half;

Cut the other half into slices;

Place all ingredients in a jug and stir well. Drink throughout the day.
