A delicious recipe to serve to friends for an outdoor summer lunch.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts;
2 tablespoons of butter;
2 tablespoons of oil;
100g smoked bacon cubes;
1 green pepper;
100g of skinless almond kernels;
250g of soybean sprouts;
Salt to taste;
Ground pepper to taste.
Preparation method:
Clean and cut the chicken breasts into strips;
In a skillet, combine the butter and oil. Add the chicken strips and bacon and let them brown.
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into pieces. Add the bell pepper, almonds, and bean sprouts to the chicken.
Season the mixture with soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it cook;
Serve with white rice or pasta and a salad.
