Did you wake up wanting to eat pancakes?

This recipe is great to make on the weekend, when we wake up later, have time to eat and want to stay comfortable until lunch time, which is usually later.

Caramelized bananas are... forget it. We will not describe it. The best thing is to try it through these pancakes. Now see:

Ingredients (6 pancakes):

200g of oat flour;

1 large egg;

1 teaspoon of yeast;

1 scoop of vanilla whey (protein) (optional);

150ml of water;

1 large banana.

Preparation method:

Mix the flour, whey and yeast;

Add the egg and mix;

Add the water and mix well until a homogeneous, semi-thick dough forms;

Heat a non-stick frying pan well and add portions of dough to your liking;

When dots start to appear on the top of each pancake, add banana slices and flip the pancake until the banana caramelizes. Serve plain, with honey, yogurt, jam or whatever you wish.

Note: You can freeze it and then heat it in the microwave, or take it in a bag wherever you go. Pancakes taste good at any time of the day, to satisfy your cravings.
