Everyone knows from experience the importance of a good night's sleep. But unfortunately, for many reasons, it's not always possible to sleep peacefully. Therefore, this meditation aims to help you fall asleep without problems.

The first part is Mindful and aims to help us disconnect a little from what worries us, so that there begins to be more tranquility and space for the arrival of sleep, which, in this case, is prepared through Creative Visualization of Relaxation.

To take into account:

You can listen to the meditation with the intention of falling asleep. Therefore, prepare for bed and place the device (through which you will listen to the audio) so that it won't disturb you during the night.

If you fall asleep while listening to the meditation and don't finish it, it doesn't matter. That's the point;

If you experience a slight increase in heart rate at the beginning of your rest, this is normal and will then pass.

Vanda do Nascimento is a therapist, coach, and mindfulness instructor at the Escola de Mindfulness Essencial , which she founded in 2016.
