Ingredients (for 2 people):
2 handfuls of arugula;
1 beet;
1/2 sliced Camembert cheese;
Dry tomato qb;
Olive oil qb;
Salt flower qb;
Balsamic vinegar reduction;
1/2 lime;
Freshly grated ginger
Preparation method:
Place the arugula in a deep dish and drizzle with olive oil, fleur de sel and a little grated ginger (add a little ginger so as not to take away the flavor of everything);
Add the sun-dried tomato, beetroot slices and arrange the cheese slices on top of the beetroot. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction, fresh black pepper and squeeze 1/4 of a lime into each serving of salad.
