“Anti-Cold” Juice

To start winter on the right foot, we can prevent ourselves in three ways: health, protection and beauty. All this through a juice rich in beta-carotene, which, while preventing colds, makes our skin more beautiful.

Ingredients (for single dose):

1/2 Red apple;

1/2 Mango;

1 medium/large carrot;

4 spinach leaves;

Parsley;

Water to taste.

Preparation method:

Prepare the fruit. Remove the seeds and skin from the carrot and mango, wash the food well, mix everything in a blender with a little water. If you think it's too thick, just add a little more water or even ice.
